Will a screen or battery repair erase my data?

No manufacturer authorization is claimed. HomeCall Tech is an independent repair service. Brand names identify the phones discussed on this website.
Do you use genuine replacement parts?
Part options vary by model and availability. Ask which exact part is included and whether it is genuine, refurbished-original or aftermarket. Do not assume all quoted parts are manufacturer supplied.
What warranty comes with a repair?
Ask for the written warranty terms for the exact repair and part before booking. A universal warranty duration has not been published on this website.
Do I need to share my passcode?
Ask which tests require device access and whether you can unlock the phone yourself. Do not send passwords, passcodes or account recovery codes through the quote form or a public message.
Can you guarantee water resistance after a repair?
