How mobile phone repair works.

Start with a call or text that includes your phone model, the fault and your area. We check the repair and parts options, whether the work is suitable for an on-site visit, and the available appointments. You confirm the quote and arrangements before the visit is booked.

Submitting the guided quote request does not automatically book a repair. It prepares a text message for you to send, so you can review the details first. We will respond directly to confirm the next step.

At home or at your workplace.

A mobile appointment can remove a trip from your day, but the work still needs a suitable location. Tell us about access restrictions or workplace requirements when booking. The space, repair type and device condition determine whether the job can be completed there.

Some repairs need specialist equipment, ordered parts or further assessment. A doorstep visit is not a promise that every repair can be finished immediately or at your location. Confirm the plan for your specific device before arranging time away from work.

• Share the exact model and any earlier repairs or liquid exposure.
• Confirm the part type, total price, expected timing and written warranty terms.
• Ask which functions need testing and how device access will be handled.
• Have an alternative way to contact us if the phone being repaired is your only device.
